I had team lunch the other day with a bunch of my liberal co-workers (at least 90% of them are) and the Alec Baldwin conversation came up. I was the only person who believed Alec to be guilty. All the rest of my co-workers were saying he's not guilty and it was a horrific accident. It's obvious none of them are licensed gun holders. I was the only one at the table to call the bullshit as I saw it.
They truly do not understand the rules of gun safety. They were a little shocked when I said, you don’t point a gun at someone unless you intend on using it. Also, I reminded them that it is also the actor’s responsibility to check the firearm again after the armorer declares it safe.
It is just sad when people dont understand that a firearm needs to checked to make sure if it is loaded that the safety is on, and ensure there isnt a round in the chamber assuming it is in the firing position like if a cable lock isnt engaged with its length running through the barrel for example.

Omg you don’t even need to be a licensed gun owner. All you need is some common sense. Wtf is there live ammo on a movie set. Fucking libtards

It applies to everything that happened, AB should have checked the firearm whether it was given to him by an armorer or his own mother.
Only time one points a gun at someone is if they plan to destroy them. And the person behind them...
I hope to God you dont own a firearm, because you dont even understand basic firearm safety...
