Since I had extra tubes I squeezed the entire tube out to measure volume. Came out to about 1tsp/5ml. 1250lb/5ml = 250/1ml. I weigh 135 so I figured that a 1/2ml was the dose. I took half of that just to make sure I didn't have a reaction and I plan to take the other half this evening. I tested negative for covid (already had it) and it feels like I have the flu. I'm wondering how many doses I should take. Someone else said they took it on day 1,3 and 9.

When I had covid I took it every day for over 2 weeks. Prophylactically I take it once a week but if I felt like I was sick, I would go to twice a week. If I was REALLY sick, I would have no problem with once a day for a few days. I feel it is very safe and I haven't seen or felt any negative side effects. Glad you figured out your dose...get well soon!
