Geotus was front and center at the one he went to, Biden is sidelined and and not even right next to anyone.
More important people are always in the center, Trump was always center, so Biden is as far as they could get him.

I think it is photoshopped or a different Biden double who's heavier and wider. Look at the shoulders and how short and thick his legs are compared to this photo:
