I'm not clicking an NPR link so I didn't read, but that title does not sound helpful, at all.

Qualifying for unemployment is a distant cry from stopping discrimination and protecting bodily autonomy... this is not a win. This is as useful as putting a bumper sticker on a refrigerator.
