I just looked this over.

It just looks like it tells a company. That you cannot be sued if you fire someone from not taking the COVID measures.

Once again.. this will come down to each company on an individual level.

What it seems like right now.

They are avoiding in forcing companies to mandate it. They know that won't work.

So they are taking away liablities from an employer to mandate it.
