In my case, my mom is mentally disabled due to brain cancer. After way too much drama from my aunt, four years ago the divorce process began. It only wrapped up this year due to extremely incompetent attorneys and the scamdemic. My dad, on the other hand, has no issues, has a stable job, etc. I love them both dearly. The court still sided with my mom on the settlement. It's ridiculous.
