While true, I feel like this tech age I'm in perpetuated my social issues/anxieties. I used to be very into tech related things, but the truth has turned me completely off. My life has changed - I want to be around like-minded people and socialize.

If someone came up to you and told you that you were their slave now, you could (and should) kill them to end the problem. But what happens when people in unison insist that its 'time for slavery'... who is to blame? Where is this slavery clock that is being cited, and who built it and owns it? These are never questions that are answered.
So when a publication says that people need to be slaves to machines, maybe its actually time for the constituent parts of this pro slavery publishing group to be destroyed.
It is technology, very old tech but still tech. Like the wheel is very old technology.
