Last year, there weren't many trick-or-treaters, as people either stayed home or had simple celebrations. This year it just seems that everyone is eager to get back to normal and stop being afraid to live. My own grandkids got to go trick-or-treating on horseback this year.
The parents were out having fun. Older kids were out having fun too. It was really nice to see the entire community come alive. 😊
Houston area too; Katy. Needed more popcorn balls. My wife bought them due to a suggestion by a person at HEB. I was stunned when some kids took only popcorn balls and left all the chocolate behind. What is old is new again.
Glow in the dark dinos sound cool. 🐉
Glow in the dark Pepe's sound epic! 🐸
My daughter had Jello Shots for the Adults. But the popular candy was the tootsie roll Lolipop and Nerds candy. I was shocked. We had all the good candy and it was passed over.
Sounds great. We had little airplane bottles of bourbon on ice for adults.
😎
😸
We passed up that crummy candy too and always wanted the "good candy" too! Milky way, peanut butter cups, snickers, and Butterfinger, etc
Texas coast small town here and know both your areas very well. Things have been normal here except for masking in the beginning.
Praying Houston will turn red soon if we ever conquer voter fraud...blood red in my area.
