I was sure that my family was going to stay pureblood, but my daughter is 18, very liberal and was afraid to tell us the truth. Then, my wife started to have really crazy periods. I got tinnitus really bad. I also went from sleeping 5.5 hours per day to needing to sleep 9 hours. When my wife's migraines got really bad, I started to suspect things.

I do not know if our interventions solved the problems or if it was going to be short-lived anyway. We followed the Z protocol, plus C60 daily. A week later, both my wife and I were back to normal. I realized how energy-depleted I was when my energy recovered.
Might be a good idea to keep it on hand and prophylactically use quercetin and zink for the next 6+ months as that is supposedly how long the spike protein/mRNA effect lasts before it starts to abate(don't know if that is also the case for the shedding or if that abates sooner).
Why else would they be pushing boosters to reset this every 6 months....................

Personally I tend to stay away from anything plant based with omega fatty acids in it(black-seed-oil) as the body can really only absorb the omega-6 from a plant source.
The body needs 2-3 times as much Omega-6 as it does 3 as it is an inflammatory(which is essential to the healing of wounds) but the 'modern' diet is so laden with plant based omega-6(plant oils and other stuff) that in the last 50-70 years systemic inflammation has become a very real global health problem with big pharma making billions on anti inflammatories every year(never mind the huge increase in arthritis inflammation....ever wonder why anti inflammatories seem to have such a positive effect on coronary conditions and atherosclerosis...) ....
Also makes one wonder about the reported effectiveness of aspirin(anti inflammatory) on covid and covid symptoms.....
I only eat meat so I'm good on the zink front and I do take Quercetin(500mg daily).
