So I looked up a clinical study that backs up the info on the Virucidal (kills viruses in vitro) activity of oral care products. Weirdly, this is on the NIH website, so is peer-reviewed and can be shared with employers, Karen grandmothers and Health and Safety freaks that come in to demand stuff: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7898974/
IF anyone wants to research more, here are the medicines to look for: delmopinol hydrochloride and Cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC). I found that Listerine is one of the rare mouthwashes that has both of these. But there are plenty of products on the market that have one of them. Dr Kory recommends gargling and to drop four drops of water-based iodine (Iosol Iodine) e.g. https://www.wellnessresources.com/supplements/iosol-iodine, up the nose, three times a day, when suspicious. The earlier the better. He claims that this home-remedy protocol can reduce hospitalisation twenty-fold. This is huge.
I added 4 drops of lugol's iodine to a container of nasal saline solution and used that in my nose when I had covid and found it worked well. People need to be sure to hawk up the solution and spit it out. I also used Thieves mouthwash or a drop or two of iodine in water to gargle and that seemed to work well also. FLCCC protocols highly recommend these two practices. A lot of people don't want to bother but it really is helpful.
