Its a research tool that enables that cataloguing, sorting, searching, & analysis of declassified government documents. It is the only tool in existence for this purpose. There are tens of millions of pages of government documents (soon to be many more with the JFK DECLAS) that would be impossible for us to sift through absent this free to use tool. Development of Apario is progressing toward blockchain implementation, meaning it will be uncesnorable and immutable. This will be a key feature of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) in the coming future, radically changing our economy from an energy mining based one, to an information based one.
Much information is still to be gleaned from the current available DECLAS documents, with much more lying in wait for us. The sooner we all get to work digging, the faster we can move the plan ahead.
