I work in healthcare 20+ years. I never call PhD’s doctor, never. Most try to correct me, but I act like they said nothing. I love watching them get steamed.

I do not either. Most of them are practically retarded. They typically have a very small focus, in which they are highly educated in (indoctrinated in). Outside of their area of "expertise" they are vastly under educated.
