CEO’s, local, state and national leaders are stepping down, retiring, no longer seeking re-election because evidence is coming from somewhere...maybe Maxwell?

IMO - if you have a web of a conspiracy, it might take a web of collaborative investigators.

The Maxwell case would be a good start of getting evidence into more public hands.
