Another hypothesis I have is that the Military sat back and allowed the cheating to happen in the 2020 election to gather proof in real time. Now that devolution is under way and Trump has not conceded, they will begin intervening like they did in 2016 to ensure no more electronic cheats.

Essentially we are under covert military control currently and they will not allow it to happen further.
