I was unable to find that address. G**gle maps just parks it on the freeway. I've tried putting in 'North' and 'South' and also tried the city of El Segundo, but the 999 Sepulveda no longer shows up as a house or business. Anyone else with this problem?
looked there, saw a company called GAMEVIL, thought, hmm, sounds interesting, so I did some surface level digging. GAMEVIL COM2US is a mobile game making company, who's platform is called HIVE. so their name has evil in it, their logo has an eye, and hive is an AI solution, also evil groups in movies, etc. Hmmm, this could be sus, whether or not this story is true or false, not to mention the 999=666 reference. https://greatawakening.win/p/13zzfF87eS/

I looked this up a year or so ago, and I believe there is a Square Enix headquarters at this address. (or was at the time)
