The way I remember wrestling better resembles what is happening. The good guy is winning, it's the greatest victory ever... then... While someone distracts the ref, someone else comes out from under the ring and hits the good guy in the back of the head with a bat. As soon as he hits the mat, the other bad guy pins him and the clueless ref does his 3 count. We all saw the cheat, but not that clueless ref. Then we remember it's all fake, and the ref knew the gig all along. Sorta like our court system, no?
It's like WWE wrestling where the crowd favorite miraculously pulls off the upset in the final round every time. And it is about as real too.
