My husband is being terminated tomorrow due to him not taking the clot shot. He will be having a telephone exit interview with his HR department which is based in Boston we live in Colorado. We wanna make sure that he doesn’t say/sign anything that would somehow jeopardize his right to sue for unlawful termination down the road as he has put in both a medical and religious exemption but the company has turned them both down.We know that they will also be asking for him to sign certain forms tomorrow so we’re just trying to cover our asses so if anyone has any resources, websites, phone numbers of anyone we can call to find out what he should and shouldn’t sign or say we would really appreciate it. Thank you so much. You people here are Lifesavers 🙏 May God keep you all safe end that you are never put in this situation!🇺🇸 FJB🇺🇸‼️

Wow. Great response, MAG768720. Your suggested NOTICE form is excellent. Might actually save the guy's job; at the very least it'll cause some squirming.
Squirming. That's what we want. ;-)
We should stop thinking about playing defense, and start playing offense. We should start thinking about suing and prosecuting criminally many of these people.
They ARE criminals, by definition.
Yes. Criminals, absolutely, and we're talking serious criminality. It's good to see lawsuits and prosecutions actually happening here and there, and I hope to see a lot more of that.
Also, I hope to see the White Hats (they actually DO exist, right?) bring the hammer down soon; way too many people have died, been maimed, lost their jobs or life savings or businesses; lost friends or family, and so on. Yes it's war; yes collateral damage can't be entirely prevented, but there is such a thing as a point of no return and for many people, that point has already been reached. For America as a whole it's not far away, I think.
