Just thoughts as I read the replies and recalled the two US nuclear subs that surfaced of the coast, got bought into port by tug, screens up and something loaded aboard without the crew coming off?

The sub collision one was interesting, why would China be so concerned about a US sub having a collision? They clearly aren't talking about submarines.
