Why would only Bergen county have additional 40 thousand of mail-in ballots when the other counties didn't add anything sounds strange?

It's shady. If there is a rational explanation for this type to thing they need to let the public know. When you act like this people assume the worst. So either they think we are all idiots and don't deserve any explanation or they are actually doing something uncouth.
