Oh, I almost forgot. Curcumin is critical to help with inflammation. CuraMed by TerriNaturally is an excellent product. If you have arthritis, it can help with that too. Curcumin is not very bioavailable, so it must be in combination with other things such as oils and black pepper, to be absorbed. This is a propriety product with some clinical studies behind it. Add the spice Turmeric, organic of course, to foods when cooking. Especially any meal that contains some fats. I add it to scrambled eggs. Don't forget to add the black pepper. Get creative and have some fun trying to be healthy.
Seriously consider the Curcumin. The pine needle tea is good for antioxidants and as a antiviral. But, you are going to need to step up your efforts given what is possibly assaulting your body and you will need to attack it from several different angles. You will need some bigger guns.
I use pine needle extract in order to get more of the active component. Haven't tried the actual tea yet. I don't have pine trees right where I live, but it wouldn't take long to get some. I heard it has a nice flavor.
