No. A D-dimer is a special order test that is done to check for micro clotting. It is not part of the CBC and metabolic panels that are routine. So, you will have to ask your provider specifically for this test. Just tell them you got the shot and heard that it carries an increased risk of clotting and that you just want to put your mind at ease. If you have a good relationship I do not see why they would not agree to do the test - especially is you already have other cardiac risk factors. Get your CBC panel done to check your immune function and what is going on there. If there is something wonky, your provider may want to do further breakdown testing. It all depends on whether your provider is just going along to get along, or is actually curious. It will be a good baseline to check further changes - especially if you have copies of previous bloodwork. Compare the before and after results to get a picture of what, if anything, has changed and to track it over time.

You need to understand that Aspirine thins the blood by reducing platelet counts. Your platelet counts are already low with covid19.
Choosing an anticoagulant helps to inhibit clotting factors.
Anticoagulants are used for conditions that involve stasis.

She got IV and NAC, Quercetin, ZINC, C and D3 and started taking it the day after symptoms but stayed out of the hosp. About 6 days in she still felt like crap. Did a Teledoc, who had her get a chest x-ray to diagnose; pneumonia. He Rx antibiotics. 1-2 days later fever started to break. 4-5 days better. She's recovered now. This happened just ~3 weeks ago. Bro took care of her, Z-Stack prophylacticly. Never caught it. Confirmed with tests (yeah I know they're not accurate).

I read somewhere that aspirin, ibuprofen, other nsaids, and even Tylenol taken prior to the shot reduce the efficacy of the vaccines, possibly blocks them. Same with steroids, which basically tells you a goal of the vaccines is to cause inflammation. That seems weird.

Bad news, J&J is a so-called "Viral Vector" vaccine, which is to say they replace a virus' viral genome with DNA that encodes for the spike proteins, which goes to the nucleus and starts making proteins, as opposed to the older "Live Attenuated" and "Inactivated" vaccines, that use faulty or dead virus particles of what you are trying to vaccinate against.
The JnJ is not an mRNA but it still does the same thing. In other words if it doesn't alter your DNA please explain how it gets your DNA to create spike proteins?

Your research wasn't very good because the J&J shot is also a gene modifying injection. Its end purpose is the same as the Moderna and Pfizer jabs. It reprograms your DNA to produce Spike proteins (s-proteins), which are highly toxic to the vascular system. There's no turning this off. Get on blood thinners immediately.
Since all of these jabs destroy the immune system, Ivermectin only helps kill the invading parasites from coming in. Now that your immune system is permanently impaired, you'll have to take as medications for the rest of your life. Essentially, it is AIDS as a result.
