I actually wrote a paper for my History of Modern Asia class during undergrad studies covering the German-Sino cooperation. Got an A on it 😁. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sino-German_cooperation_(1926%E2%80%931941). Also wrote a paper in my International Studies class arguing that Taiwan was a legitimate government and that China's seat on the UN should never have been replaced by the communists (Nixon... ugh...). Odd how I studied these things years ago in college and now it's helping make sense of the world. Back then even my profs were surprised I'd picked obscure topics to study. Ufortunately my external hard drive with a lot of this stored on it, crapped out. Trying to get that thing recovered... tons of research and work on that thing I'd hate to lose forever.
