NEWS FLASH: The media does not determine winners and losers of elections. But they sure do TRY to. If they get their narrative out there first, then the sheep will blindly believe it. That is all.

They need to make it illegal for the media to call an election at all period. Only the election board/sec state can call an election.

It was illegal until Obutthead changed the rules.

What did he do? It begins with the Smith-Mundt Act of 1947, which if I may paraphrase, made it illegal for any news outlet in the US to use "Yellow Journalism" or propaganda to push an opinion or narrative. Obama passed the Smith-Mundt revision Act in 2012 that removed any illegality and as an added bonus included verbage that ALLOWS yellow journalism and propaganda.

If you think back, when did the "News" agencies ramp up the fake bullshit big time? 2012.
