They can downvote all they want. At this point OSHA has drawn a very real line in the sand. One that may break a lot of people. If things are supposed to happen, well then they got about 2 months before they lose a lot of people because many will be afraid of how to provide for their family.

Mandates are not law. Employers will not risk the lawsuits or walkouts of employees. They are on a razors edge as it is trying to hire people.

OSHA can't and won't do jack shit. They have no legality to do so.
