I posted this on TheDonald, but I don’t think anyone really saw it. I’m interested in hearing opinions on this.
Here’s my theory. Please poke holes in it as necessary.
Remember Pfizer “approving” a vaccine that wasn’t even available?
But licensed adult vaccines, including the new Comirnaty, do not enjoy any liability shield. Just as with Ford’s exploding Pinto, or Monsanto’s herbicide Roundup, people injured by the Comirnaty vaccine could potentially sue for damages.
And because adults injured by the vaccine will be able to show that the manufacturer knew of the problems with the product, jury awards could be astronomical.
Pfizer is therefore unlikely to allow any American to take a Comirnaty vaccine until it can somehow arrange immunity for this product.

They have immunity under the EUA. But what happens if and when the EUA no longer applies?
Enter the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act
NCVIA's purpose was to eliminate the potential financial liability of vaccine manufacturers due to vaccine injury claims to ensure a stable market supply of vaccines, and to provide cost-effective arbitration for vaccine injury claims.
Under the NCVIA, the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) was created to provide a federal no-fault system for compensating vaccine-related injuries or death by establishing a claim procedure involving the United States Court of Federal Claims and special masters.

If a vaccine is included in the childhood schedule, they remain immune from liability.
Even though children don’t get COVID, and maybe five kids have died from it, they are pushing these on children for legal reasons to avoid lawsuits.
This is evil.
Yeah this train is nearing the end of the track one way or another.
They actually had thousands of cases of autism that they were facing years ago. They decided to take a few sample cases and use them to determine whether or not there were any actual cases of autism that could be shown to be caused by vaccines. Check out the case of Hannah Poling. You'll probably have to use Duckduckgo to get any results that aren't tainted with censorship.
I believe that in order for the vaccines to be shielded under the VICP they have to be officially added to the CDCs childhood vaccine schedule. I could be wrong, but I think that is the case.
If COVID vaccines were covered under VICP, at least the parents and children would have some legal recourse to try to get compensated. Of course that system is intentionally difficult to navigate so the thousands of cases would take decades to process.
I think 1st and foremost is that informed consent cannot be obtained from an adult without the pack insert completed. And I read they cant get full approval without it.
Second children cannot give informed consent and if jabbed without parental consent is liable - by the one who administered it.
