If I remember correctly, it was NoName's guy. The one who ran NoName's Foundation. Can't remember his name. But he was the one that passed the dossier info off to Harry Reid, former Senator from Nevada.

Brennan was CIA director and swirled the dossier info around to McCain and it got to Harry Reid. CIA can't investigate so Gang of Eight, McCain, Reid turned the fake dossier over to DOJ/FBI. Note: McCain's so called medical condition worsened after this news and the thumbs down on the repeal Obamacare deciding vote. Imagine that!
