I've been meaning to buy a MyPillow for a while now, but unsure which firmness I should get.
There is the guide, but due to periodic neck issues I often wake up with a headache. Currently I sleep with one of those foam ergonomic pillows with the dip in it, but will sleep with no pillow for a stretch as the neck issue typically lasts for a short time.
Any who, now that I've TMI'd yall, hoping to find out how thin is the Premium/Giza Elegance "least fill", or "medium" for the Classic.
Thanks!
Edit: Not so much the thinness per say, but more how much it compresses when you lay your head down to sleep.
I am picky about pillows and after a lot of research/disappointment I have come to the conclusion that the shredded-anything pillows don't work the best. For me the best pillow is one-piece latex Talalay - without its cover this just looks like a pillow-shaped thing full of small holes.
It's great for sleeping also the advantage that you can't get murdered by someone stuffing it over your face.
So... It's Clinton proof?
Handy for when the wife is angry with you.
