I've been meaning to buy a MyPillow for a while now, but unsure which firmness I should get.
There is the guide, but due to periodic neck issues I often wake up with a headache. Currently I sleep with one of those foam ergonomic pillows with the dip in it, but will sleep with no pillow for a stretch as the neck issue typically lasts for a short time.
Any who, now that I've TMI'd yall, hoping to find out how thin is the Premium/Giza Elegance "least fill", or "medium" for the Classic.
Thanks!
Edit: Not so much the thinness per say, but more how much it compresses when you lay your head down to sleep.
As a side sleeper, something too firm feels like my cheek or my jaw is digging in after a while but, I like the memory foam style.. usually end up sleeping with my head at the edge of the pillow though.. I have not gotten a my pillow, would have to know if they are only good for back sleepers who don't shift positions much or if they have one for side sleepers. heh.
You can fluff the foam bits around to shape your head easily. I mostly side sleep and it's the best pillow I've ever used.
TY!
