The father of one of my wife's students was murdered a week or so ago. He was relatively healthy but in his sixties. I don't know his shot status but he apparently caught The Coof and was having a rough time. I personally didn't know the family (despite my wife having known them for years prior) so I couldn't get to them before he was put on remdesivir and a ventilator. His kidneys failed like clockwork and was dead a day or so after starting "treatment." It's been hard not feeling like I'm to blame, like "If only I had gotten to the family sooner." The family is taking it in stride telling themselves that he's in a better place (which I truly believe he is as well), but how do I reconcile this burden of knowledge that their father was murdered and they let it happen?
You've got nothing to feel guilty about. If they are so in the dark that they allowed him to be put on remdesivir they would not have listen to someone telling them to put him on "horse wormer", or that evil killer Trump recommended HCQ.
Exactly what Oblakhan said. You would not have been able to save him. His family would not have listened.
