Any business that mandates a vaccination, which Covid isn’t a vaccine because of the short duration of efficacy and EUA status, is guilty of a crime and must be held accountable for any harm done. By compelling patrons and/or employees to submit to a shot that has questionable safety, short and long term side effects, including death, when there are safer treatments available is against the law. Massive numbers of people will be out of work, lose their homes, families, businesses and lives.
Agree with your reasoning/conclusion that coercive compliace with mandates is unlawful on multiple fronts. No question. Sadly, our challenge is upholding the rule of law amidst rampant lawlessness and state corruption. It's much like speeding on the highway. It's against the law yet there are places where people speed with impunity because everyone in that neighborhood knows the police don't enforce the speed limit on that stretch of road.
I feel it could be another way for ds to ruin us if they get companies to comply and then we sue them. So many businesses would go under causing a big economic issue. Companies need to not comply to avoid this imo.
I was thinking the same. , Now that we know the vaccinated spread and get the virus at the same rate as the unvaccinated. The businesses have lost their only case for mandates which was to providing a safe work place. Should also prevent the OSHA regs but who knows they simply ignore facts.

Yeah... not going to lie this really black pills me sometimes.

It’s only the liberal snowflake companies that are complying. Honestly, we’re better off with them failing.
Ill go for that
