Why is it premeditated murder, though? Trying not to be a hypocrite - I believe Covid has a high chance of survivability and is treatable. Technically, wouldn't they have been better off at the nursing homes where they weren't gonna get on a ventilator or other dangerous programs the hospitals use?

The elderly are the highest risk group. Under the direction of these Governors, hospitals were sending covid patients to nursing homes. There were hospital ships in New York and California, there were temporary hospital built in the 3 others states and they all went unused. There was no need to send covid patients to nursing homes. They were killing off people receiving state funded care.

Most people in nursing homes have "do not resuscitate" DNR orders. They would have never seen a ventilator, they just let them die.
