If you scroll down to the pages of her diary, go to page 25.

She says:

-Showers with my dad(probably not appropriate)

-I remember the Q tips, I hated getting my ears cleaned.

I imagine her with her head in sleepy Joes lap.

She also says:

-blanket being taken away.

-not letting myself go to the bathroom.

-being wiped until to late in the game.

Which means to me, sleepy Joe was wiping her ass and bits long after she was old enough to do it herself.
