ANYONE HOLDING A LOADED GUN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTCOME!!
That is the law. It has always been the law. It is no different on a film set. There are very strict rules governing the use of guns on a film set. On the rare occasion that a real gun with live ammo is needed on set, guess what? all of the regular gun laws apply. That is why anyone holding a loaded fire arm is responsible for the outcome. If it was preMeditated it should be murder.

that is not the law. the well established safety procedures for film sets say the armorer is responsible
The armorer did not provide this gun. This is a real gun, not a prop gun. If you are not responsible you should not be holding a loaded gun.
