Hmmm. That makes no sense. Does that mean no one can post a video of the so-called potus with the presidential seal except for one account in the whole world? Can TV stations not post it? What about (fake) news media? What about citizens?
From what I read in comments (so grains of salt galore) they blur it on his personal account as if to say “this message is not endorsed by the president”.

its not blurred in the archive for Potus45 and his personal account is suspended so I dunno how to check
