Assuming this tweet / UNI win match3/0 over Mo State / and refers to next week's game, it reads more like a prediction or maybe a bet Grassley is making (or signalling something else entirely - we will probably never know).
So in plain English we could be looking at UNI vs Mo State is scheduled to start at 2:00 PM CT 13 Nov 2021. Ergo, following time conversion to 24 hour clock time..
2:00 PM CT = 1400 CT
Nov = 11
1400 13 11 2021 = 16 [no break to 17]
However, there is a possible stretch, converting the I in UNI...
I = Roman numeral 1 (I've used less than this to stretch a decode)
Then a 17 can be "forced" 1 + 1 + 4 + 0 + 0 + 1 + 3 + 1 + 1 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 1 = 17

Remember the scene in Inglourious Bastards when the British agent gives himself away when he orders drinks in a cafe...
That's the kind of thing to suss out of graphic texts.
So, don't set aside the missing space between match and 3, written match3 (spacing error) that could also be intention and not just a typing error. We have seen Q posts that contain spelling and spacing errors that Q will resend to correct and others that Q does not. Q even advises that some spelling errors and capitalization errors (upper case when it should be lower and lower case when it should be upper) and even President Trump remarks when he made a reference to the White House in a speech followed up the reference with (paraphrasing) "That's White House with small letters." Q would have written [w]hite [h]ouse.
In breaking word / sentence cryptograms (they have books that are like the Sudoku puzzle books that have sentences to break), using the wrong word (match for game), spelling, capitalization or spacing errors, or sending a message that seems to convey one message (UNI won the game against Mo State today, instead of "I bet you UNI will win the game against Mo State next week) are possible indicators that some kind of messaging is contained in the communication. If you see what appear to be mistakes, you assume they are intentional and start trying to decipher what may or may not be messaging.

Here is an example of one of the posts (again very few and deleted them quickly at times):

I have a number of these, as you will see below.
