Early metal, yeah, I can see that. But Metal is so huge and diverse now; so many sub-genres of metal. Saying all metal is satanic is just not correct. Tuning my guitar down to Drop B and palm muting a few times doesn't magically turn me into a satan worshiper.
Still, these are some of the biggest and oldest metal bands. I listen to stuff like Periphery, Tesseract, Diamond Construct, Born of Osiris, Chevelle, Taproot, Lamb of God, Disfiguring the Goddess, and many more. I'm all over the friggin place on sub-genres, lol.
Take your chances, man,

Take your chances.I used to like NIN, Led Zeppelin, Mason, Metallica, Ministry, I personally just can’t bring myself to listen to it anymore.
Jimmy Page owned Aliester Crowley’s house on loc Ness… you do what you want with your free-will, my friend.

I’m not here to judge, I get it…
All I am saying is that I personally feel wrong listening to what I used to listen to, knowing what I know now. To each their own.
I don’t like music the wAy I used to; I mostly listen to soundtracks now 🤣
