Remember looking this up back when all this happened. In that area a 17 yr old could own a rifle, so Kyle wasn’t underaged. He was also from across the border, state border, but the age still applied in his favor. As far as I have found, Kyle was in no wrong doin whatsoever. Maybe, discharging a firearm in the city perhaps?
