No the wins didn’t exist yet. And weren’t made by the Q team.
8kun was the platform doing the primary digital soldier heavy lifting.
It’s responsible for the awakening spilling onto other platforms and making Q go mainstream.

Who created the .wins? We really don't know, do we?
Actually we do, because I watched it happen.
There was a split of opinion in the reddit The_Donald mod team. One half made the wins starting with The_Donad. That’s the origin story.
Almost none of the things Q talked about, existed at the time. That's kind of the point. Project Looking Glass makes "it didn't exist yet" completely irrelevant.
