question I have is, who is to be held accountable, and would they face jail time? if ballots are not retained and are just disposed of, like in maracopa, who gets to be held responsible? is it just a fine? shit needs doing and doing fast.

Whoever sent that email and issued that order needs to be arrested and prosecuted, for starters.

Also, if there is no evidence of what the vote really was, then decertification is in order.
