The TerraMar Project (Submarine Company) was self-described as an environmental nonprofit organization. It was founded in 2012 in the United States (Based in New York out of Epstein's mansion) by Ghislaine Maxwell, stemming from her lifelong passion for sea exploration. A sister organization in the United Kingdom was incorporated in 2013.

The Project’s mission was to raise awareness for ocean conservation efforts. Maxwell spoke at a 2014 Council on Foreign Relations event about the issue. She also spoke at events at the United Nations in 2013 and 2014. She also gave a TED Talk. The Project’s effort to hold the United Nations to sustainable promises made regarding the ocean were praised and backed/funded by the Clinton Global Initiative.

TerraMar (US) announced its closure on 12 July 2019. This was shortly after New York federal prosecutors arrested Maxwell's close associate Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein was a financier and convicted sex offender who was being charged with new sex trafficking crimes. TerraMar (UK) was officially dissolved on 3 December 2019.

It is known that Ghislaine Maxwell owns, and has a license to operate a submarine. Luxury submarines are fit for billionaires and the world’s richest people. With some costing over 100 million dollars, these are the most expensive submarines ever built. A boat company has come up with the world’s first submersible superyacht. The yacht turns into a submarine – for all those times you need to go under the water undetected. Migaloo claims that it can build private submersible superyachts and floating islands of any size.

Epstein privately owned Little St. James Island. Another tropical island, Great St. James, is located nearby and was also owned by Epstein. 500 feet away in St. Thomas (USVI), is the Port of Redhook. Epstein was half owner, along with the governor of St. Thomas. As half owner of The Port of Redhook, Epstein could bypass customs enforcement authorities, and could move ANYTHING.

Just south of St. Thomas is Water Island. Water Island is a 500-acre spit of land in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Department of Defense purchased the island from a Danish company during World War II, using it to protect a submarine base on nearby St. Thomas. Since then, it has become an under-the-radar tropical getaway dotted with several-dozen homes, where the largest beachfront estates can fetch north of a million dollars.

In 2005, Joe Biden’s brother bought an acre of land with excellent ocean views for $150,000. He divided it into three parcels, and the next year a lobbyist close to the Delaware senator (Scott Green) bought one of the parcels for what had been the cost of the entire property. Joe Biden does not own that island. He owns a portion in the middle where there is complete seclusion and privacy. There is also submarine access between Water Island, St. Thomas and Little St. James. The Virgin Islands land deal furthers a pattern in which members of the Biden family have engaged in financial dealings with people who have an interest in influencing the former vice president/resident.

Epstein’s island is located at 18°18’00.0″N, 64°49’30.0″W and Joe Biden’s (Water Island) is located at 18°19’11.0″N, 64°57’12.0″W. Turns out the boat trip between the two is less than 9 miles (8.66 to be exact).

Also owning islands nearby in the Caribbean include: Richard Branson (Owns 2 islands), Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Tyler Perry.

The elite have found a way to maintain their cover. They have been employing new technology for many years now. They likely have established their docking stations on every island and continent in the world. They are able to commit horrendous criminal and immoral acts upon helpless children and innocent victims in the seclusion of the ocean. Where no one can see, no one can hear and no one can rescue. They believe that there is something innately so unique about themselves that they have the right to rule over the rest of the world, and spend their lives in luxury, wantonness and lasciviousness. They want you to live out your days in drudgery and despair, living your life confined a tiny box, entertained by a screen and a mouse. While the WORLD is their playground and you are their PREY.
