Personally, I think its probably psychological warfare: The violence metered out by the police was deliberate, in order to terrorize, instil fear in the population that were paying attention. (I mean, shooting in to the backs of peaceful protesters walking away is terrorist tactics).
Successful psych re-conditioning works by applying fear, terror, anxiety, etc, then letting it off, allowing relief, then hitting again, the release, relief, then hitting again.
I suspect that next time they hit, it will be 3 times worse than it has been; military-style action, martial law, etc. That would fit in with their plans.
maybe just easing off while all the legislation they are doing goes past. The pandemic dictatorship powers is just one bill. They passed an endless detain law a few weeks back (you know, for "terrorists") and they are also trying to pass a law that will remove the need for consent when sharing citizens' medical information! Yes, "injected, or not? No problem. We don't need your consent to find that, release that, etc."
Or maybe they have had a set-back, and backlash within the ranks.
It's impossible to know. However, bottom line, I do not trust them (the cabal establishment) at all, even when it seems like they are retreating or easing off. 0% trust in them at this point, and maximum suspicion.
Have enough MPD cops woken that the gvmt had to back down? Or will the gvmt use footage and surveillance to go round up people quietly - because the footage of the MPD beating thier own people didn't go down so well?

Have footage of one brave female MPD sergeant (10 yr vet) saying this vid is her resignation because she won't beat her own people.

It was bizarre. So few cops, it wasn't funny.
During lockdown, there would be hundreds and hundreds of cops, blocking off streets, everywhere.
Last week, today, even with tens of thousands of people, barely a cop in sight.
Marching thru the city, say 2 cops blocking off the traffic a long the side of the march. 2 months ago, it would have been 30, 40.
