In a 22-page opinion, the court had harsh words for the vaccine mandate. The mandate “threatens to substantially burden the liberty interests of reluctant individual recipients put to a choice between their job(s) and their jab(s),” the court said.
Lottery to be held Nov 16th...pray pedes that we get a good circuit court to hear these cases..
Sauce is Bloomberg....
Unfortunately, and I certainly hope I am wrong, this does not reach the mandatory vax for all medical employees who work in Medicare and Medicaid accepting facilities. By withholding funds/reimbursements/payments, whatever u want to call it, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services control healthcare along with Big Pharma.
I agree...but it's a start
This is an extraordinarily well written decision, and not favorable to the mandate at all. My only quibble is the citing of Jacobson v. Massachusetts (1905) as justification for state mandated vaccines. Jacobson was over a $5 fine, not the loss of one's livelihood, and has been implicitly overturned many times during recent times, most notably Woe v. Wade (1974).
