This is an extraordinarily well written decision, and not favorable to the mandate at all. My only quibble is the citing of Jacobson v. Massachusetts (1905) as justification for state mandated vaccines. Jacobson was over a $5 fine, not the loss of one's livelihood, and has been implicitly overturned many times during recent times, most notably Woe v. Wade (1974).
