Jury was approriately dismissed for Judge's comments to prosecution, Judge is responsible to conduct a fair trial. Therefore, he does not have to accept a verdict from a jury that may have been biased by prosecutor comments; can declare mistrial with or without prejudice. Kyle's team was present along with Kyle; they have right of appeal if prosecutors violated his rights.
They are trying to politizise this trial but the self-defense assertion Shines. The kid protected himself; no penalty for doing it effectively is allowable in a court of law. If the prosecutors did fabricate or modify evidence they should be prosecuted for misconduct.
Another thought.... while the jury might have been out of the courtroom for these charades, unless they are tightly sequestered, surely some of them are tuning in to the news and know about these things. Possible?
Pretty sure they are not sequestered. Judge mentioned to them to go home, have a nice weekend. Don’t talk about the case, with family members. Don’t watch the news, etc.
And I pray they are shown the real truth at home. Not the confusing, added up, crap the prosecution has done.
I have a theory that the prosecution is trying to get this trial thrown into a mistrial because when Rittenhouse is found not guilty then this now sets a precedent for other cases where self defense was used. This is really damning to a lot of liberal states and cities DA's. That is just me contemplating though

Ah, thanks. You are no doubt correct, I just dearly wished that the jury was privy to all the prosecutorial mischief.
