I believe he just threatened the prosecution lawyers that he would if they kept questioning Kyle about his “right” to silence when he was talking to investigators when he turned himself in after the shooting. But he didn’t declare a mistrial at that time. Friday the jury wasn’t in, the attorneys were back & forth debating on what charges Kyle faces & what they can & cannot say on Monday for final remarks (or whatever its called) with the jury present. At one point I believe the judge said the jury wasn’t scheduled to be in court on Tuesday, so I wonder if the jury might state their decision/ruling (?) on Monday.
