The CDC just quietly acknowledged that far more people have natural immunity than was earlier reported. A staggering 146.6 million people have been infected by the Sars-CoV-2 virus and have survived it, thus making them immune to future infections. END THIS CHARADE *NOW*!

Please consider making a post on your supplements. I have my views here. But, "always a student". I will refrain from stating my views, in hopes that you will post something that will teach me something. No homo, no sarc. Be well, fren.
Most of the stuff already mentioned like Vit D, zinc, NAC etc. I also take flaxseed and black cumin oil (nigella sativa) which is anti-viral, bee pollen, Hawaiian spirulina and eat raw garlic at least twice a week (nice with avocado). Gargle with colloidal silver at the first hint of a gritty throat. Apart from a mild dose of the rona a while back, not had any colds or flu for years. Get the occasional chill but that never amounts to more than the sniffles
You have gone far down this road.
Please explain to folks how to use colloidal silver safely.
P.S. Big "Plus One" on Black Seed/Cumin Oil (Nigella Sativa). Not so sure on Flaxseed. Everything else here aligns with my experience. Would love to know more about how you use NAC, as I only recently became aware of its importance. Thank you, teacher.
Flaxseed oil is good for the heart. The colloidal silver is a very weak solution, only a small amount is needed. Recently discovered succinic acid which is supposedly better that Co-EQ10. All good stuff :)
The flaxseed oil concern I have is that I am not sure it's really food, for humans. It's basically linseed oil. I think it is effectively all/mostly PUFA, and Omega 6, not MUFA and Omega 3. I prefer cod liver oil, or krill oil.
Yes colloidal silver is, I am convinced, a way to shoo the Devil out. But we need to be careful to not take too much. "Papa Smurf" is a human who died recently that took too much of it, supposedly, and managed to turn his skin blue. Supposedly. :)
