I just thought it would be funny to sue the supreme court for being liable for the violation fo the constitutional rights of Americans as well as not hearing a case about electoral fraud.

Yes, it is called Military tribunals.
Other than that, no, the court will not rule against itself or charge itself, or arrest and execute itself.
I wouldn't think so because the Supreme Court doesn't have the power to enforce their rulings. They were never meant to be the final authority, although most people think they are because that's the way politics has portrayed them. The Founders only intended them to be a consulting group of legal scholars. They are politically appointed and not elected, hence they don't answer to We The People. Therefore the Founders never gave them the power of arrest or the power to enforce their decisions.
What court is higher that would hear the case?
Us. We the people are higher.
A justice can be impeached by Congress.
Ok. So we the people ask dirty congress to impeach dirty justices. When that fails we impeach dirty congress. When we were told to start at the local level that could be what they were referring to. Then we get to see where the dirty really starts.
Yeah. Today the possibility is theoretical. (Kind of like our 2A rights, if you live in NY or MA or CA.) But the constitution allows it to happen.
One domino at a time. One exposure at a time.
Amen, brother!
Theoretically yes, but that means enough of us need to act as one! wwgowga
Yes. And the fact that we even need to sit here and debate it is the problem. We have forgotten and become complacent of the power we actually wield. I'm grateful to have been taught patience as a kid because damn.... this is taking alot of it lol. As far as suing the crap out of every one of them and bankrupting them... game on.
Just like the president, they can be impeached by Congress. House of Reps brings the case, Senate tries it. The justices can be removed from office.
Any justice of the supreme court can be impeached by the House of Representatives, with the Senate trying the case. A conviction would remove the justice from office. But the court isn't an actor under the law, so they can't be a party to a lawsuit.
Justices can be tried for any violation of law, including treason or malfeasance, regardless of whether they are in office or not.
Well-versed, my friend :P
Shit right! Class action lawsuit and all. I totally should of went to law school. I would be front and center on all these lawsuits going on right now.
