My phone was nearby, but not open to telegram or anything else.
I generally have my mobile data, WiFi and Bluetooth turned off on my phone when I am not using them. And, this was happening while I was attempting to watch the telegram video on my desktop computer with the great speakers and huge monitor.

This is not the first time, either. It happens about half the time - but only on videos on Telegram.
