These people are easy to understand. They are liars who feel that lies are about reaching an objective. They have no principles, so much so they don't even understand what principles are. Thus they can't understand the difference between respecting the Truth, and racism.

These people are deep-range chaotic evil. Which if we all remember our DnD is the realm of manics, hateful-monsterns, serial killers, rapists, and demons.

They are people who reject any kind of order, logic or principle, AND work exclusively for selfish reasons, gleefully happy to trample others, or even going so far as to make harming others their goal because sadism is after all an indulgence.
