One knows how to handle a firearm. The other is trained in theatrics.
Even if the magazine was removed and there were no bullets chambered, you NEVER point your gun at ANYONE while also having your finger ON the trigger! This prosecutor is asking for an accident.
Probably pointed at judge after he scolded him lol.
Nope, it was the jury
I'm sure that will make them side with the prosecutor. /s
Golden
To be fair, the defence did this as well sadly.
You mean pointed it AT the Jury?
No, specifically what the post is speaking to. The image has a circle around the hands. On both sides, the lawyers put their finger on the trigger - Which is not good practice.
The Defence, although they put their finger on the trigger, did not point it to anyone.
At least the defense had the mindfulness not to be a complete idiot like the prosecutor then.
Yes. that is true. I have had a few incidences where people were being stupid with their guns, it is very nerve-wracking.
...not your father.
Terrible joke. Leave.
That's what your Mother should have said to your father. It was too good to resist. All love is its own desire.
Uh no, my mom and dad have been married for 40 years. You're obviously salty that no woman would ever stay with your lazy bum.
I would respect all women who refused to stay with me if they chose based on evident financial productivity. If one did, here faith in a good man might deliver her to a higher gate she ever imagined when she chose to love me for all the wrong reasons. :)
